Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a blood cancer that needs a stem cell transplant from a half-matched or unrelated donor.
  • You are willing to receive strong chemotherapy before transplant and take cyclosporine and methotrexate to prevent graft-versus-host disease.
  • You are able to get up and do daily activities (ECOG score 0-3).
  • You have not had a prior stem cell transplant or CAR T-cell therapy.
  • You do not have type 1 diabetes or a history of ketoacidosis, and you do not get frequent urinary tract infections.
