Who can take part
- Age 18–70 and diagnosed with a blood cancer (leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or lymphoma)
- Your stem cell donor must be a family member (within three degrees of relation) who is a woman aged 18–55 and has given birth
- Good overall health with a Karnofsky score of 70 or higher (able to care for yourself with minimal help)
- Heart, lung, liver, and kidney function are close to normal or meet transplant requirements
- No active untreated infections; chronic infections like hepatitis must be controlled with medication
- Never had a stem cell transplant before, no allergies to JAK inhibitors, and no previous use of JAK inhibitor drugs
