  • You are between 3 and 18 years old
  • You or your parent agrees to join the study
  • You have had a blood test taken from an artery (usually at the wrist)
  • Your finger does not have any skin problems like rashes or cuts
  • You are not wearing nail polish on your fingernails
  • You have all your fingers (no missing or severed fingers)
