Who can take part

  • You have trouble with your balance due to a stroke, Parkinson's, or another brain condition.
  • You can stand without help for at least 2 minutes.
  • You have a Berg Balance Scale score of 21 or higher (moderate to good balance).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have someone to help and supervise you during the exercises at home.
  • You are comfortable using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
