Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 70 years old.
  • Your stroke happened more than 3 months ago, and it was your first one.
  • You can walk 10 meters (about the length of a bus) with or without a cane or someone's arm for balance.
  • You have mild or no muscle tightness (spasticity) in your arms or legs.
  • You can think clearly enough to follow instructions (like having a simple conversation).
