Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a diagnosis of retinitis pigmentosa (non-syndromic) or Usher syndrome type II.
  • Your vision must be very poor — either no light perception or only light perception up to a certain level.
  • You must not have had certain eye surgeries (except cataract surgery more than 12 months ago).
  • You must agree to use birth control (if applicable) from screening to 3 months after the last dose.
