Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You had a large stroke (NIHSS score 6 or higher) in the front part of the brain (anterior circulation).
- You had a clot-removal procedure (thrombectomy) that re-opened the blocked artery.
- You had no major disability before the stroke (mRS score 0 or 1).
- Stroke symptoms started within 24 hours of treatment, including wake-up strokes.
- You do not have bleeding in the brain, severe heart or kidney problems, or allergy to albumin.
