Who can take part
- You are between 60 and 80 years old
- You live within about 60 km (37 miles) of Hamilton, Ontario
- You are able to speak and read English
- You have mild difficulty walking about half a mile, climbing 10 steps, or getting in/out of a car or bus (but not major difficulty)
