Who can take part
- You had a stroke, caused by a clot or bleeding, and it was your first stroke.
- You have weakness on one side of your body.
- You are able to think and communicate well enough to use a mixed reality system.
- You have not had a seizure in the last year.
- You do not have other health problems that affect movement or senses, like severe arthritis or Parkinson's.
