Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that is measurable and has gotten worse despite standard treatments or you cannot tolerate those treatments.
- Your tumor tests positive for a marker called GPC3 (doctors will check this with a biopsy or stored tumor sample).
- You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Your liver function is stable (Child-Pugh class A or B) and your blood counts, kidney, heart, and lung function are within safe limits.
- You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control during and for one year after treatment.
