Who can take part
- You have confirmed liver cancer (HCC) by scan or pathology.
- Your tumor tests positive for GPC3 (from a biopsy or stored tumor tissue from the last year).
- Your liver cancer is not removable by surgery (BCLC stage B or C), and has gotten worse after standard treatments.
- You’ve already had at least two types of whole-body (systemic) cancer treatment, and the cancer kept growing during or after them.
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (Child-Pugh A or B7, no past liver brain confusion, ECOG 0–1), and you have at least one measurable tumor spot.
- You must not have certain medical situations (brain/spinal spread, prior organ transplant, major immune/virus infections, or pregnancy/breastfeeding).
