Cell therapy for advanced liver cancer with GPC3 protein
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This trial tests a new cell therapy called SN301A for people with advanced liver cancer that has a specific protein (GPC3) on the tumor cells. The goal is to see if this treatment can help when other treatments have stopped working.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called Metabolically Armed GPC3 CAR-T cells (Meta10-GPC3) for people with liver cancer that has come back or spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The cells are designed to target a protein called GPC3 on cancer cells and may help shrink tumors.
This trial tests a new treatment called CAR-T cells that are designed to find and attack liver cancer cells with a specific marker (GPC3). If you have advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) that has not responded to standard treatments, this study may be an option to explore.
This trial tests a new treatment called MTS105 for people with advanced liver cancer (HCC) that has not responded to standard therapies. It targets a protein called GPC3 found on some liver cancer cells, aiming to stop the cancer from growing.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy, called CAR-T cells, that are engineered to target a protein called GPC3 found on liver cancer cells. It is for people with advanced liver cancer that has not responded to previous treatments.
This trial tests a new type of cell therapy called C-CAR031, which is designed to target and attack liver cancer cells that have a protein called GPC3. It is for people with advanced liver cancer who have already tried other treatments and are looking for a new option.
This trial tests a custom immune-cell treatment (CAR-T) that targets a marker called GPC3 in people with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer). It’s for cases where standard treatments have not worked well, and the goal is to shrink tumors and improve outcomes.
