Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with AML that did not get better after two rounds of standard chemo, or came back within 12 months, or has come back two or more times.
- Your leukemia cells have a specific marker called EX02 on their surface.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old, and your general health (ECOG score) is 0, 1, or 2.
- Your blood counts are stable enough: hemoglobin above 60 g/L, platelet count above 30 x 10^9/L, and normal T cell count above 0.5 x 10^9/L.
- You do not have active hepatitis, HIV, or other uncontrolled infections, and your heart, liver, and kidneys are working well enough.
- You are willing to use contraception during the trial and for follow-up, and a negative pregnancy test is needed if you can become pregnant.
- You have not had a stem cell transplant in the past 6 weeks while still on immunosuppressant drugs, and do not have graft-versus-host disease.
