Who can take part

  • You have AML that has either returned after remission or didn't respond to standard chemotherapy
  • Your leukemia cells must show a specific marker called CD33 (at least 80% of cells)
  • You are between 14 and 75 years old
  • Your heart, liver, and kidney function must be adequate based on blood and imaging tests
  • You are expected to live at least 3 months
  • You are able and willing to receive this cell-based therapy
