Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have acute myeloid leukemia that has returned or not responded to at least one prior treatment.
  • You must be well enough to undergo apheresis (a blood collection procedure) to get cells for the therapy.
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts must be within certain limits.
  • You cannot have active leukemia in the brain or spinal cord, or have other serious uncontrolled illnesses.
