Who can take part

  • Age 18–70 years old
  • Diagnosed with relapsed or refractory AML (cancer that came back or didn't respond to treatment) with a specific marker called NKG2D ligand
  • Bone marrow showing at least 5% blast cells (immature blood cells)
  • Expected to live at least 12 more weeks
  • Good heart, liver, kidney, and blood-clotting function without needing ongoing support
  • No previous CAR-T therapy, stem cell transplant in the past 3 months, or active uncontrolled infection
