  • You are 19 years or older.
  • You have type 2 diabetes.
  • You are currently taking or need to start treatment with enavogliflozin, dapagliflozin, or empagliflozin.
  • You do not have severe liver disease.
  • Your kidneys are working well enough (eGFR at least 60).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
