Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older with an advanced solid tumor that has HER2 expression or mutation.
  • You need to have had standard treatment that no longer works, or you cannot tolerate it, or there is no standard treatment available.
  • You must be in generally good health with adequate organ function, like liver, kidney, and bone marrow.
  • You must agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after.
  • You must provide a tumor tissue sample (new or stored) if possible.
  • You must not have certain other cancers, autoimmune diseases, or uncontrolled health conditions.
