Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with CMML (type 1 or 2) and have not had treatment for it yet
  • You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about more than half the day)
  • Your white blood cell count is 13 or lower (or can be lowered before starting)
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant or certain prior cancer treatments
  • You do not have another active cancer, except for certain treated skin, cervical, prostate, or thyroid cancers
