Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have T-ALL or T-LBL that has come back after treatment, or that did not get better with at least three rounds of chemotherapy.
  • You have leukemia cells that show a protein called CD38 (this is usually tested on a biopsy).
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities, with some limitations).
  • You have adequate liver and kidney function.
  • You can attend study visits and follow the treatment plan.
