Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), including the ETP subtype.
- After two rounds of chemotherapy, a test shows you still have a small number of leukemia cells (called MRD positive, meaning at least 0.01% left).
- Your leukemia cells have a protein called CD38 on their surface (a lab test can confirm this).
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
- Your liver function is good enough (bilirubin and liver enzymes within acceptable limits).
- You are willing to sign a consent form after understanding the study.
- If you had leukemia cells in your spinal fluid, they must have cleared after treatment.
