Who can take part

  • Be between 3 and 17 years old when starting the study
  • Have B-lineage ALL confirmed by a leukemia test showing CD19-positive disease
  • Have had treatment that includes a stem cell transplant and/or CAR T-cell therapy, with persistent or newly emerging leukemia markers after treatment, or did not reach enough molecular remission before transplant
  • Not have a clear “frank relapse” with more than 5% leukemia blasts
  • Not have Philadelphia chromosome-positive ALL
  • Have adequate heart, kidney, and liver function on screening blood tests (and be free of certain serious infections)
