This study looks for certain antibodies in the blood of people aged 18 to 60 who have had a blood clot without a clear cause, or soon after an infection or vaccine, or who have had clots return despite treatment. It aims to understand why these clots happen.

Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
- You must have had a blood clot in an artery or vein that happened without a known cause, or within 30 days of an infection or vaccine, or has come back while on blood thinners.
- The blood clot must have occurred within the last 120 days.
- Your blood clot should not be directly linked to surgery, being in a cast, a fracture, or a sprain.
- Arterial clots should not be mainly due to risk factors like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or smoking.
