Who can take part

  • Be an adult age 18 or older
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of primary chronic ITP
  • You may be in the group with past thrombosis (blood clots) or without clots
  • You should not have ITP caused by another condition (secondary ITP)
  • You must not be pregnant or have uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • You should not have major ongoing artery disease or serious liver/kidney test problems
