Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a herniated disc in your lower back and leg pain, numbness, or tingling that matches your MRI results.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You have not had steroid injections or physical therapy for your back in the last 3 months.
  • You don't have any serious medical conditions like a heart pacemaker, cancer, bleeding disorders, or a recent back surgery.
