Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that needs treatment, and you've had no more than 2 prior treatments for it.
- You have at least one heart condition, such as heart failure, reduced heart pumping function, coronary artery disease, certain heart rhythm problems, or heart valve disease.
- You are able to do daily activities with some help (performance status 0–3).
- Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts meet minimum safety levels.
- If you are sexually active and can have children, you must agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for 2 days after the last dose.
