Who can take part
- You’re age 18–75, and able to sign consent.
- You have confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and it cannot be cured with surgery or other local treatments.
- Your cancer has progressed after at least one whole-body (systemic) treatment, and your team feels standard options are limited.
- Your tumor test shows GPC3 is positive on a biopsy/pathology slide (IHC intensity “++” or “+++”).
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and your general health is good (ECOG 0–1).
- Your liver is still functioning fairly well (Child-Pugh score 7 or less) and you have no active hepatitis B infection.
