Who can take part

  • You have a type of liver cancer called hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), confirmed by a biopsy, and your tumor has a specific protein called GPC3.
  • You have tried at least one immunotherapy (like a checkpoint inhibitor) and one targeted therapy (like a TKI or anti-VEGF drug), and those treatments are no longer working or caused bad side effects.
  • Your liver is still working fairly well (Child-Pugh score A) and your overall health is good enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had any major treatments for your cancer in the last few weeks, and any side effects from previous treatments are mild or gone.
  • You do not have active infections, severe heart problems, or other cancers that are not cured.
