Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection FractionType 2 Diabetes

Who can take part

  • You have heart failure with preserved pumping strength (ejection fraction 50% or higher) or have symptoms like breathlessness, swollen ankles, or fatigue along with a diagnosis of HFpEF.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You do not have Type 1 diabetes, severe liver or kidney disease, or a recent heart attack (within 3 months).
  • You do not have a pacemaker, implanted device, or other reason you can't have an MRI.
  • You are not currently taking any other experimental drug or device for another trial.
