Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have heart failure symptoms in the last 6 months (not just mild, needing more than “stage I”).
  • A blood test called NT-proBNP is elevated (over 400 pg/mL).
  • Your heart pumping strength is preserved: EF over 50%, and no major structural heart disease on ultrasound (TTE).
  • You can safely have the MRI with contrast if needed (no dangerous contrast allergy, severe kidney problems, or scan-related issues like some implants or extreme claustrophobia).
