This study is creating a registry to better understand Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) in Italian patients. It will collect information from people with COPD to improve care and research.

Who can take part
- You are at least 40 years old
- You have smoked 20 pack-years or less in your lifetime (that means up to one pack a day for 20 years, or two packs a day for 10 years, etc.)
- Your lung function test shows a specific pattern called COPD, with a ratio of FEV1 (how much air you can forcefully exhale in one second) to VC (total slow exhalation) below the normal limit
- You do not currently have significant asthma
- You do not have other major lung diseases like interstitial lung disease (scarring of the lung tissue) or bronchiectasis (widened airways that trap mucus)
