Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have a type of jaw tumor called solid/multicystic ameloblastoma with the BRAF V600E gene change (tested by a special lab method)
  • Your tumor is large enough that your doctors recommend removing a piece of the jawbone (segmental resection)
  • The cancer has not spread to other parts of your body
  • You are generally in good health (able to do daily activities) and your organs work well (kidney, liver, blood counts)
  • You have not taken targeted drugs for BRAF or MEK before and are willing to use birth control if needed
