Who can take part
- You have a solid tumor with a BRAF V600E mutation confirmed by a local lab test
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (as judged by the trial team using RECIST v1.1)
- You have not previously taken dabrafenib and/or trametinib for this cancer (past use more than 1 year ago for other cancers may still be allowed)
- You can provide scan images for an additional central review
- Your cancer type is not melanoma, lung cancer (NSCLC), thyroid cancer (ATC), bile duct cancer (BTC), glioma, or colon/rectal cancer (CRC)
