BRAF-mutated papillary craniopharyngioma targeted drug trial

Who can take part

  • You must be an adult (18 years or older).
  • Your tumor must be confirmed as papillary craniopharyngioma from pathology tests.
  • Your tumor must have the BRAF V600E mutation, confirmed in lab testing.
  • The condition must be newly diagnosed, or it has come back after surgery that cannot be done safely to remove it completely.
  • Your general health should be fairly good (ECOG performance status 0 to 2).
  • Your blood and organ test results must be within required limits (blood counts, kidney, liver).
