Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You are pregnant with a single baby (not twins or more)
- Your thyroid test at 8 weeks of pregnancy showed TSH between 2.5 and the upper limit of normal, with normal FT4 and negative TPO antibodies
- You are not using fertility treatments like IVF or artificial insemination
- You do not have a history of 3 or more miscarriages
- You do not have other serious health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease
