Who can take part
- You must have had radiation therapy for prostate cancer at least 2 years ago.
- Your cancer has come back in up to 5 spots, seen on scans like PSMA-PET or MRI.
- All spots where cancer has returned can be treated with radiation or surgery.
- Your PSA must have risen by a certain amount after your last radiation treatment.
- You have not had hormone therapy in the last 2 years or certain other treatments in the last 6 months.
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-2).
