  • Age 18 or older
  • Diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, frequent PVCs, or ventricular tachycardia before age 60
  • Scheduled for a catheter ablation procedure for AF, PVCs, or VT
  • Able to understand and sign a consent form
  • Either have a known genetic change in the TTN gene or another heart muscle gene, or be a control without such a change
