Who can take part

  • You have severe sleep apnea.
  • You are either starting CPAP treatment for the first time or you have been using CPAP for at least 3 months.
  • You are able to understand and speak Italian.
  • You do not have other serious neurological conditions, cancer, or a history of psychiatric or substance use disorders.
  • You do not already have a known cognitive (thinking) problem.
