Study of ManNAc for kidney diseases with proteinuria

Who can take part

  • You must have a kidney biopsy showing one of these conditions: FSGS, MCD, or MN, within the last 10 years.
  • Your urine protein level must be high (at least 2 grams per gram of creatinine) on three separate tests.
  • Your kidney function must be at a certain level (eGFR of at least 30).
  • You must be at least 18 years old and weigh more than 50 kg (about 110 pounds).
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control (if applicable) and give informed consent.
