This study tests whether a special training method that uses muscle signals (called EMG biofeedback) can help people with MS improve their walking and balance. If you have problems with walking or balance and your MS is stable, you may be able to join.
This study tests a balance training program for people with MS who have mild walking and memory difficulties. It aims to improve balance and prevent falls.
This trial studies whether a combined exercise program (aerobic and resistance training) can improve walking, balance, and overall well-being for people with MS. It's designed for those who don't currently exercise regularly.
