Diaphragm ultrasound study in children with CDH

Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia

Who can take part

  • Your child is between 3 and 17 years old.
  • Your child has a congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) or is seen in pediatric surgery for another condition.
  • Your child has not had diaphragm surgery in the last 3 months.
  • Your child is not taking a muscle relaxant medication.
  • Your child does not have a current viral infection.
