Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have repaired tetralogy of Fallot (a heart defect fixed with surgery)
- You do not have severe heart failure (ejection fraction under 40%)
- You do not have advanced kidney disease (stage 4 or 5)
- You have not taken an SGLT2 inhibitor (like empagliflozin or dapagliflozin) in the last 6 months
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no recent severe infections or diabetes requiring insulin
