Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) on one side only.
- You have already received the fluid injection treatment (hydrodilation).
- You are between 40 and 60 years old.
- You have not had a major shoulder injury, surgery, fracture, or open wound on that shoulder recently.
- Your limited shoulder movement is due to frozen shoulder, not another cause.
