Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and currently in the hospital for a heart attack.
- After your heart procedure (like angioplasty or stenting), you have signs of too much fluid in your body, like shortness of breath or leg swelling.
- Your BNP or NT-proBNP level is high (checked by a blood test).
- You are between 5 feet 1 inch and 6 feet 3 inches tall, and your body mass index (BMI) is between 22 and 39.
- You do not have chronic lung disease (like COPD), a heart pump (LVAD), or a history of heart transplant.
