Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and can give consent.
  • You already know how to do weighted squats correctly.
  • You exercise (any sport or gym) at least 3 times a week.
  • You have not had a sports injury in the last 2 months that stops you from being active.
  • You haven't had focal vibration therapy before.
  • You are not taking medications like anticonvulsants or antidepressants that could affect the results.
