  • You are between 18 and 26 years old.
  • You are a college or doctoral student.
  • You exercise (like cycling, running, or team sports) at least 3 times a week.
  • You are in good health with no heart, nerve, or recent leg injury problems.
  • You have no history of Achilles tendon or knee tendon problems.
