Who can take part

  • You are a man between 45 and 55 years old.
  • You had heart bypass surgery (CABG) at least 3 months ago.
  • You have had neck pain for a while without a clear cause (not from an injury or disease).
  • Your neck posture shows a certain forward head angle measured by a doctor.
  • Your weight and height give a BMI between 25 and 29.9.
  • Your lung function tests (FEV1 and FVC) are below 80% of normal.
