Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a connective tissue disease (like lupus, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, or similar) and lung scarring (interstitial lung disease) OR you have lung scarring without a clear connective tissue disease diagnosis but with certain signs or blood markers.
  • Your liver and kidney function are within safe limits (no severe liver disease, and creatinine clearance above 30 mL/min).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial.
  • You have not taken any other experimental drugs in the past month (or 6 half-lives, whichever is longer).
  • You do not have severe pulmonary hypertension, unstable heart disease, or other major health issues that would interfere with the trial.
