Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older and can sign consent and follow the study plan
  • You have systemic sclerosis confirmed by standard medical criteria
  • Your recent CT scan shows mild lung scarring (fibrosis in under 20% of the lungs) within the last 12 months
  • Your lung function breathing test shows forced vital capacity of at least 80% of predicted within 6 months
  • Your interstitial lung disease (lung involvement) started within the last 7 years
  • You can speak French or English
