Who can take part

  • You have arthritis or another inflammatory disease like lupus.
  • You have trouble sleeping most nights (score of 8 or more on a sleep quiz).
  • You live in Canada, have internet, and can speak English or French.
  • You are not currently in therapy for sleep issues and do not have another diagnosed sleep disorder like sleep apnea.
  • You have not worked night shifts recently and won't during the study.
